Meet Tim Watters, CFP®

Tim Watters has been offering customized financial planning services and investment management since 1986. He attained the Certified Financial Planner™ CFP® certification in 1989.

His education includes an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Pace University and a BA in Psychology & Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.

Tim and his wife Maura and nephew James live in Ramsey, New Jersey. He leads hiking trips for the Catskills 3500 Hiking Club and the Appalachian Mountain Club. He is the father of three Eagle Scouts and a Gold Scout. He leads canoeing/camping trips for the Boy Scouts and has been a leader for 17 years. He is very family oriented and very proud of his children. His children include his son Matthew who is in the Special Forces in the Army, a Rhodes Scholar, and International Consultant, his son Patrick who is a Software Engineer, his daughter Grace who is a Nuclear Chemistry Technician, and Colin who joined Tim in the business as a Certified Financial Planner™ in 2015.
