The Client Experience

1. Client Satisfaction

Our average client tenure is 15 years. Some clients have been with us 28 years and many are multi-generational. A client survey conducted by an independent third party gave us an overall rating of 4.9 out of a possible 5.0 points, and 73% of clients responded, while the industry average is 39%. We were rated as one of the 25 Top Financial Advisors in the 201 Magazine in 2015.

Everyone at WFS is committed to providing their best efforts in helping our clients achieve their goals and objectives. We are proud to have earned the trust and loyalty of our clients. Beyond the pride of having a respected and successful practice, it is the lasting relationships we have with our clients that is most enjoyable and rewarding.

2. Personal Attention

We are large enough, based on assets under management, to offer the research, sophisticated technological resources, investments and discounted transaction fees comparable to a large institutional investment firm. We have chosen to remain a boutique firm by design, and we deliberately limit the number of clients we serve so we can provide them the service and personal attention they deserve. We do not use predetermined investment models or planning templates designed to sell investment products.

We will analyze your current finances and get to know you in terms of your vision for the future and the values that influence your decision making. Only then will we make recommendations based on your goals, financial constraints, opportunities, time frame and tolerance for risk. Our personal attention and open communication builds understanding and a trusted advisory relationship that we hope will last for years.

3. Education and Organization

We believe knowledge is empowering. It is the foundation for intelligent and well thought out decisions. Our job is educating and simplifying very complex topics with limited investment jargon. We answer your questions, including the ones you haven’t even thought of. We’ll take the many hours of research we do and the technological resources we have, and leverage them to benefit you.

In addition, you will have access to the latest account monitoring technology, allowing you 24/7 access to all of your accounts, updated daily. You will also have the ability to store all your financial documents in our secure client vault.
